Our aim is to provide the best pet care for our customers and our main priority is to take care of your pets but we take our customers privacy very seriously.


As a customer your home address, email and telephone number is only used by Chesterfield Dog Nanny to gain access to your property and with your permission, to look after your pet(s).  Personal information is only used to get in touch with our customers when needed in relation to pet care or updates and changes to our business that may affect the customer.


Emergency contact information provided by the customer with permission from the secondary contact is only used in an emergency regarding the customer's pet by Chesterfield Dog Nanny if it is not possible to contact the owner first.


Chesterfield Dog Nanny does not pass any customer information onto secondary or third parties.   We do not use customer information for any other purpose than for our own requirements in order to look after customer pets.


Chesterfield Dog Nanny does not work with any other company or person for marketing or advertising so there is no chance of customer information to be passed on outside of the business.


All customer pet care forms completed following a home consultation and/or customer keys are kept locked away in a safe area.


Customer care forms and property keys are only used by Chesterfield Dog Nanny with permission from the owner as signed for when booking a pet care service.


We will never keep customer personal information longer than needed.


If a customer no longer wishes to use Chesterfield Dog Nanny services their personal information will be disposed of correctly and safely in line with current UK GDPR regulations and within 24 hours of a customer leaving notice.


If at any time Chesterfield Dog Nanny stops trading all customers will have 2 weeks' notice via letter or email.  All customer's personal data will be disposed of correctly and safely in line with GDPR and within 24 hours of the set closing date.


All customer keys will be handed back in person, or as otherwise agreed, at the nearest convenient date stated by the customer.
